Let’s get started.
MY APPROACH
Evidence-based, trauma-informed, deeply human
My approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy — a practical, proven modality that helps you understand the links between your thoughts, feelings, and actions, and develop skills you can use every day. I’ve completed over 300 hours of advanced CBT training through internationally recognised organisations, including the Beck Institute and Albert Ellis Institute.
But counselling isn’t just technique. I blend CBT with trauma-informed and client-centred principles, which means I meet you where you are, honour your experience, and work at your pace. My goal is to create a space where you feel genuinely understood and supported — and where the insights and strategies we develop together actually fit into your real life.
Whether you’re processing a single difficult event, working through childhood experiences, or managing the cumulative weight of ongoing stress, I believe meaningful change is possible with the right support.
