Her desire is to help others and bring about positive change which has led her to psychology. She chose to become a psychologist in order to empower others, promote mental health as a priority and encourage the perspective that counselling is for everyone.

She currently works with adolescents and adults from all backgrounds and walks of life in her private practice in Fourways, Johannesburg. Her goal is to work collaboratively with each client to meet their specific needs and tailor her approach to be unique to their life challenges. To develop this uniqueness, she integrates different approaches drawing mainly from Schema Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to create the most appropriate treatment plan.

She is in the process of an immigration to the UK in 2024 (hopefully!) which is why she has created the International HCPC Application and Registration Guide course which is now available on this platform.
